Delivery

How it's sent

We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£4.95), free when your order comes to £50 or more. Smaller items travel flat in a stiff envelope; larger pieces are rolled in a postal tube so nothing gets creased.

When it's sent

• Stock items (security stickers, chevron kits, warning signs) are dispatched within 5 working days of your order.
• Personalised items (anything with your wording) are dispatched within 5 working daysof you approving your proof. We email the proof after you order; the sooner you approve it, the sooner it's cut.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays.

Where we deliver

UK mainland addresses only. We can't currently send to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Returns

Stock items

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving a stock item. Tell us by email, then send it back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, including the original standard postage if you're returning the whole order. Unless it was faulty, return postage is yours to pay.

Personalised items

Lettering cut to your wording is made specially for you, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. That's why we send a proof first: please check every letter and number before you approve it.

If something's wrong

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved proof, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
