Your order
When you pay at checkout you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. If we can't accept it, for example because an item is unavailable, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Personalised items and proofs
- For anything made to your wording, we email you a proof before we make it.
- Please check every letter, number and symbol. We cut exactly what you approve, so mistakes in an approved proof are yours to put right.
- You can ask for changes to the proof before approving it. If what you want is very different from what you ordered (a different product or size), we may need to adjust the price, and we'll always ask first.
- Logos need to be vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) so we have a cut line. A PNG, JPG or a picture saved inside a PDF needs redrawing, for £50.00. We check every file when we draw your proof: if one turns out not to be usable, we'll tell you before anything is made, and you can pay for the redraw or send a better file.
- A logo with more than one colour can't be cut from a single vinyl colour. If you ordered it cut, we'll offer to print it in full colour for the price shown for your size, or cut it in one colour at no extra cost. Your order waits until you choose.
- We can refuse wording that's offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and refund you if so.
- If you don't approve or reply to your proof within 30 days, we'll get in touch. If we still don't hear back, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. OFFKUT isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. Postage is shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll tell you before making your order and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Stock items are dispatched within 5 working days of your order and personalised items within 5 working daysof you approving the proof. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates from the carrier. The goods are your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.
Cancelling and returns
Stock items
You have 14 days from receiving a stock item to cancel for any reason. Email us to tell us, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, including standard postage if you're returning the whole order. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty.
Personalised items
Items made to your wording are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once we've started making them. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof.
If something's wrong
Everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved proof, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Fitting
Products are sold for you to fit yourself, following our fitting guide. We aren't responsible for problems caused by fitting in unsuitable conditions, on damaged or resprayed paintwork, or not following the guide. Please check that any graphics you fit meet the rules that apply to your vehicle and how you use it.
Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
